Returns & exchanges. If you want to return or exchange something, contact us via email hello@nareco.net. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. All items (either it is In-stock or Pre-order items) have to be shipped within 14 days after delivery.
Please note that Nareco accepts only unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and tags.
Shipment costs of returned or exchanged items are free of charge only once per order, except for faulty items.
Items sold on SALE can be returned and refunded paid price. Please note, that all of our products are limited edition and there may be cases when they can not be exchanged.

Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Once your returned order has been received and inspected money will be refunded within 14 working days.
The refund will exclude the customs fees.
