Shipping companies. We currently work with FedEx for international orders. Local orders are shipped via a DPD parcel machine or a courier. We offer both Standard and Express shipping.
Tracking number. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Lost & Damaged parcels. If your parcel got lost during the shipment or arrived damaged – please contact the Nareco team as soon as possible via hello@nareco.net. In case of damage, attach a few photos or a video of the parcel together with the tracking number and order number.
In the rare event that your parcel is deemed lost or missing after an investigation through FedEx or DPD, we will do our best to replace and resend your order. We are not able to offer refunds on lost orders. After the parcel is delivered to the given address, Nareco is not responsible for theft or damages.
Customs & Taxes. Nareco is not responsible for covering customs duty and customs clearance fees. All product prices already include VAT.
