How I was made

I was carefully sewn from leftover scraps from a blanket production line. My creators call that upcycled design.

Each wool vest is made in small batches, determined by the leftover fabrics we have on hand. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. While the design stays the same, the colors vary, making every vest uniquely yours.

By transforming production scraps and deadstock materials from Barker Textiles, we embrace zero-waste principles to create these exclusive, one-of-a-kind items.

What am I made of and How to take care of me

Material: 100% New Zealand wool

Natural wool fibers regulate body temperature, providing warmth and comfort, making it an ideal choice for all seasons.

Design elements: patched pockets, cotton tape, black tone seam.
The long wool vest features a straight fit, a shawl collar, and a sleeveless design. The open front adds versatility, while the two rounded patched pockets offer functionality. The vest’s edge is finished with cotton tape, adding a refined touch to its overall aesthetic.

Care instructions: Cold hand wash with wool detergent, lay flat to dry, avoid hanging and tumble drying, and store folded.

Care tip: To prolong the life of the garment, clean it with a damp cloth.
